SHATZI IS DYING follows the story of two lesbians and the frequent near-death experiences of their beloved rescue Doberman. By juxtaposing ancient history and religious beliefs with queer culture, this videotape sheds light on the strategies that have enabled people throughout time to survive and ensure their histories.
