Are Berlin’s cyclists more hardcore than New York’s are? A new guerrilla art project involving thirteen gallons of paint, Rosenthaler Platz, and a bunch of unwitting drivers would suggest that yes, in fact they are. (Apologies, Critical Mass.) They also like pretty rainbow colors.
