Just in case you had any doubts that working on the Sassy staff was the most amazing job in the world, this should clear them up. In the early 90s, the staff formed their own band, Chia Pet.
The band only played local New York shows, releasing just a few singles. One such single: “Hey Baby,” featuring Christina doing her best Kathleen Hanna and decrying sexual harassment.
